DC Electric Air Conditioning Compressor 12v & 24v

This innovative DC electric air conditioning compressor is a great solution for any no idle application. For use on vehicles & Machines where the conventional method of a compressor bracket and drive pulley is not an option, this could be lack of space or simply not having the time or resources to produce. As long as you have enough amperage to run these units, they are a great alternative.
These18cc units can produce between 1-3.2kw and are available in both 12volt and 24volt.

Application is wide spread throughout the machinery and capital equipment industry including automotive, these units also a are a great compliment to any of the Red Dot roof top systems. Or can be partnered with a range of modular condensers and evaporators giving you main resource to build a modular A/c system.
They are strong, compact, can be mounted in outside application. Can be used for a no idle application reducing in emissions and environmentally friendly.

Minimum system requirements:

12 volt Compressor draw (amps) @12v
27A – 55A depending on speed selected and condensing pressure (psi)

Example: Condensing pressure @ 150psi on 35 day

Low speed 2000rmp = 27A
Medium speed 3350rpm = 35A
High speed 4000rpm = 55A

Compressor has a low voltage, high voltage & quick voltage fluctuation cut out function, if the voltage changes very quickly compressor will stop and not resume operation until stable voltage has been maintained.
Low voltage cut out (wont operate below) @12v = 11v
High voltage cut (cannot exceed) @12v =  14.2v

24 volt Compressor draw (amps) @24v
17A – 50A depending on speed selected and condensing pressure (psi)

Example: Condensing pressure @ 150psi on 35 day

Low speed 2000rmp = 15A
Medium speed 3350rpm = 30A
High speed 4000rpm = 50A

High voltage cut (cannot exceed) @24v =  29v

*These are the approximate draw figures, the under load figures will be specific to cabling size, condensing efficiency, alternator output & ambient temp. Units must be wired in by a licensed Auto electrician and only commissioned with R134a refrigerant from a licensed technician with  a Arctik AU number*

@12volt averaging 35amps (on medium speed, with condensing pressure at 150psi)

@24v averaging 30amps (on medium speed, with condensing pressure at 150psi)
