Vacuum Forming

Autofrost Pty Ltd has a separate "Plastic" division, Plastic Vacuum Thermo forming is our specialty.

This is a process where a thermo plastic sheet is heated to a forming temperature, stretched onto or into a Tool and held against the Tool by applying vacuum between the Tool surface and the sheet.
